‘At The Helm’ is comprised of five-quarter sections of land situated near the borders of Beaver County and the MD of Wainwright, Alberta. Owned by the Helm family for decades, this is intergenerational farmland that has served the family well. Life goes on, however, and the time has come for a new owner to take over the helm and care for this land as its past owners and renter have; this is honest land that will give back in spades with good husbandry.
The Helm family is placing the land up for sale to allow all interested parties the opportunity to purchase either a single quarter, a half-section, or all five quarters as their banker may allow.
