The Manufacturing Institute, part of the National Association of Manufacturers, recently honored outstanding women leaders through its prestigious Women MAKE Awards. These awards recognize female innovators who are shaping the future of the manufacturing industry and inspiring the next generation to pursue careers in the field.

Tiina Herlevi has been celebrated for her exceptional leadership and dedication to fostering an inclusive, high-performing work environment. "Tiina's leadership is truly inspiring," said Tim Millwood, Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer. "Her commitment to excellence and her ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment have made a significant impact on our team. Tiina's dedication to mentoring young talent and her innovative approach to problem-solving sets her apart as a remarkable leader in the manufacturing industry."

Under Tiina’s leadership, AGCO has seen transformative growth in both operational capacity and workplace culture. Major investments have been made in Finland, including the addition of a modern paint shop and expanded production facilities. These improvements helped AGCO earn the Internationalization Award from the President of Finland in 2023, recognizing the company’s commitment to global excellence.

"I am grateful for the opportunities and challenges I have been offered throughout my life and career," said Herlevi. "The most rewarding accomplishment for me is seeing my team members grow and reach their full potential. I believe in building a positive culture by supporting and challenging people to network cross-functionally and drive for success through true teamwork."

The Women MAKE Awards highlight women working in science, technology, engineering, and production roles who have made significant achievements within their companies and communities. Tiina’s recognition as AGCO’s 2025 Women MAKE Award winner showcases her lasting impact on the manufacturing sector and her role in inspiring future leaders.
