AGCO’s Tiina Herlevi Wins Top Award

These awards recognize female innovators who are shaping the future of the manufacturing industry and inspiring the next generation to pursue careers in the field.
Tiina Herlevi has been celebrated for her exceptional leadership and dedication to fostering an inclusive, high-performing work environment. Under Tiina’s leadership, AGCO has seen transformative growth in both operational capacity and workplace culture. Major investments have been made in Finland, including the addition of a modern paint shop and expanded production facilities. These improvements helped AGCO earn the Internationalization Award from the President of Finland in 2023, recognizing the company’s commitment to global excellence.
