“We’re using the 7.8L Deutz engine – the most fuel efficient tractor on the market when its paired with our 4-stage CVT,” said Winkels. “It’s a German product inside and out and we build it in our state-of-the-art factory in Germany.”
The 9340 TTV Warrior also features Deutz Common Rail, a high pressure common rail injection system; four-wheel braking system with oversized rear multi-disc brakes; AMS, a system that automatically engages and disengages drive to the front wheels and diff lock in relation to steering; as well as Sense Clutch, a hydraulic reverse shuttle with two multiplate wet clutches and electronic control unit.
Winkels was also excited to announce that anyone who factory orders a Deutz-Fahr Warrior edition 7250 or 9340 in 2020, the company will provide airfare for two to Germany to see your tractor being built. This promotion is limited to the United States.
The visit with Winkels also covered an overview of the Deutz-Fahr 5080D Keyline tractor, which has been revamped in 2020 and features a new cab with air conditioning and a buddy seat, 75 HP, mechanical 15x15 transmission, 2 hydraulic remotes, available with front end loaders and more.
“There are some interesting things that make this product unique from our competitors. First of all, it’s a couple thousand pounds heavier than most of our competitors and we have 4-wheel brakes, which is traditional for most Deutz-Fahr products,” stated Winkels. “The 5080D is a 75 rated horsepower, 80 gross horsepower tractor and in doing that, we are able to bring this into the market with no DPF or SCR.”
