Aaron Feddes (Goderich, ON) - Attending Lakehead University (AB) for Animal Science Technology: Dairy Science Major.
“Growing up on the farm has given me a strong passion for agriculture and hands-on experience with dairy production. I enjoy working on our family farm and look forward to a career in dairy farming.”
Jack Van Loon (Dublin, ON) - Attending the University of Guelph for Food and Agricultural Business.
“It means the world to me to be selected for this scholarship and serves as a reminder of the value of hard work and dedication. I am deeply grateful for this recognition.”
Julie Wein (Exeter, ON) - Attending Wilfrid Laurier University for a Bachelor of Science, Honours Health Science.
Julie aims to pursue a medical career and says she hopes “to take a leadership role in bringing equal health outcomes to rural communities.”
Kyle Dodge (Strathroy, ON) - Attending Western University for Electrical Engineering.
“Farming is constantly seeing the benefits of advances in technology and artificial intelligence, and I wish to help innovate in this field with the skills I gain from my education.”
Nicole McBride (Exeter, ON) - Attending Olds College (AB) for a Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness.
A former Hensall Co-op summer intern, Nicole looks forward to “building a career that contributes to sustainability and growth within the agricultural community.”
Owen Littlejon (St. Mary’s, ON) - Attending Western University for Food and Agricultural Business.
“I am excited to start my university career with the hopes of getting into medicine so I can bring back my knowledge and apply it to support my community.”
