Producers across Manitoba have planted between 85 and 90 per cent of their total crops, according to Manitoba Agriculture’s May 23 Crop Report.

Early planted cereal crops are progressing well and many fields are in the two to three leaf stage.

Between 10 and 30mm of rain fell last weekend, contributing to slow forage growth.
