HORSCH and CAWHC are finishing the planning of a meticulously executed launch, focusing on employee engagement and training. Both teams are young in the marketplace and wish to focus on a state-of-the-art customer experience from the first moment of contact, via sales, after-sales, and parts supply.
Mike Malmgren, the General Manager of CAWHC, has had the opportunity to visit a few of HORSCH’s production facilities in Germany and meet with the HORSCH family to understand the company’s values and discover the reasons for its rapid growth and success.
Malmgren noted: “We needed a strong second supplier that our employees can love as much as we love the CLAAS brand.”
The partnership will allow for more HORSCH products to be available for Saskatchewan farmers, solidifying a regional strategy in the province where the company is already distributed by CLAAS dealers Ag-Authority and Tingley’s Harvest Center in their respective CLAAS combine territories.
Laurent Letzter, the Managing Director of HORSCH Canada, said: “It was part of the roadmap to have strong representation in the important market of Saskatchewan, and we didn’t wait for this to happen to invest in a 10,000-square-foot warehouse and build a strong parts and service team for Canada based in Saskatoon.
“This partnership will continue our tremendous growth and make us ready for continued success in Canada.”
