The Optimer L uses 20-inch diameter blades, ideal for high speeds, shallow working depths, and lighter residue loads. The Optimer XL, on the other hand, utilizes larger 24-inch diameter blades for deeper working or tougher residue conditions.
All Optimer 9000 and 12000 models come standard with Steady Control, a hydraulic system that allows operators to independently adjust the downpressure of the main frame and wings. This feature optimizes working depth, ground following, and draft control in various terrains.
To prevent ridge formation and ensure a level field finish, all Optimer models include deflector discs on both the left and right sides.
These discs catch soil and residue thrown from the disc blades and deflect it downward, promoting an even distribution. A variety of rear roller options is available to suit different operational needs.
KUHN, KUHN Knight, and KUHN Krause products are distributed through farm equipment dealers across the United States, Canada, and other countries.
