“This is a topic that we hear about from our constituents on a regular basis,” said Ibach.“Transitioning a farm or ranch from one generation to the next can have many complexities and requires detailed planning to make it successful. Our goal is to provide the information necessary to get the planning process started.”

The sessions, scheduled to be held twice daily at 11:45am and 2:30pm will feature Joe Hawbaker, an agriculture law attorney with Legal Aid of Nebraska, and University of Nebraska Educator Dave Goeller; both of whom have extensive experience helping farm families transition their operations.
