Access to Integrated Technology in the Base Offering
There’s a new combine lineup on the marketing, Case IH’s 260 Series.
These combines feature advanced technology and are available in three models - 7260, 8260, and 9260.
Farms.com recently spoke to Leo Bose, harvesting segment lead at Case IH, to learn more about this new offering.
“The feature sets that are integrated into this machine are technology—technology in the base offering of the unit,” explained Bose.
Designed to improve productivity and reduce stress for operators, this series is packed with innovative features tailored for efficiency and comfort.
One of the standout features in the 260 Series is its connectivity through FieldOps. This system allows you to monitor the machine and essential yield data, like moisture levels, through Android and Apple devices.
With this real-time information, you can make quick adjustments on the go, making day-to-day and even minute-by-minute management easier and more effective.
The cab in the 260 Series includes Dual Pro 1200 displays, with its row guidance technology included in the base.
Row guidance does exactly what it sounds like, it helps the combine stay aligned with the rows for higher productivity and reducing operator fatigue.
The 260 Series also emphasizes comfort. The cab features an upgraded seat with heating, cooling, and even a massage function, making it one of the most comfortable on the market.
