By Amanda Brodhagen, Farms.comThe 2013 Canada’s Outstanding Young Farmers (OYF) will be named Friday night at a gala banquet in Regina.Seven regional nominees were judged this week, Nov. 12 to 17, on numerous criteria including - farm business plans, production practices, environmental stewardship practices and community involvement. The theme of this year’s forum is "Who is the Voice of Agriculture Today?"The OYF national program was launched in 1980, and is held annually in conjunction with the Canadian Western Agribition.
