It's not unusual for us to gripe about the weather, but these seasonally warm temperatures, the lack of snow, rain in February has a lot of us complaining. Concerns go deeper than just some of the daily aggravations of grey skies or muddy playgrounds, many are concerned about drought. Are you worried about drought? What are you seeing where you live?
