AGCO representatives recently chatted with Farms.com about some new machinery that they were excited to showcase to farmers.

Joe Dimler, Product Specialist with AGCO, provided an overview of the RoGator RG1300C Series with LiquidLogic. The LiquidLogic system includes a feature which allows farmers to prime the boom without sending product to the ground.

“When you’re dealing with common-day herbicides, those are definitely products that you aren’t going to want to have to apply at the edge of a field to get primed. This machine allows you to be fully loaded when you hit that spray trigger, ready to apply product,” explained Dimler.

This precision liquid application system was created to reduce crop damage, to be more precise with product and to be more productive. It’s NozzleLogic system controls up to 36 boom sections and provides precise section spray control, allowing producers to spray exactly where they want. It’s FlowLogic system is constantly circulating product through the boom and plumbing, while its ClearFlow recovery system pushes any unused product from the plumbing back into the tank.

Dimler explained that the RoGator RG1300C Series features a new all-wheel drive smart drive system which allows farmers to set perfect speeds in the field to match application on the farm.

AGCO also offers a Raven Technology package that allows farmers to run any prescription maps that they may have on their operation. The RoGator RG1300C Series is a modern and high technology, precision agriculture solution.

Stuart Maxwell, Field Product Specialist at AGCO, gave an overview of the new Fendt 900 Gen6 Series. There are several key features added to this series for cash croppers, including the ability to interface and fit anyone’s guidance systems to the tractor using the Green Fit system, single-speed CVT, MAN 9L engine, front and cab suspension and more.

“For the row croppers out there that are doing air seeders, air drills or planters, we have the highest volume of hydraulic oil in the business at 113-gallon per minute,” stated Maxwell. “So, we can handle all the flows that you have, as well as the ability to prioritize two separate flows.”

The Fendt 900 Gen6 Series is compatible with all common attachments and features the following models: 930 Vario, 933 Vario, 936 Vario, 939 Vario, and the 942 Vario. This series also includes Fendt’s iD low speed concept, where nominal engine speed is 1,700 rpm but during idle running, the engine speed goes down to 650 rpm.

Fendt 900 Gen6 Series Highlights

  • Comfort package
  • 296-415 HP
