This weed, also known as Field Pennycress, can produce up to 15,000 seeds per plant.
It has developed resistance to Group 2 herbicides. If allowed to reach a density of 750 plants per 10 square feet (one square metre), stinkweed has robbed wheat yields by up to 20 percent.
